THE INVESTMENT STORY

Five reasons to
explore Sambill Park.

A family entertainment heritage, an operating base and a plan to build more regular engagement with children and parents.

  1. An established family heritage

More than 50 years of funfair experience across three generations, evolving from traditional rides into professional event and venue operations.

  2. Recognisable entertainment brands

Funtopia, Icetopia and Racetopia form a portfolio of family experiences, supported by the team’s event planning, setup and operating knowledge.

  3. A broader way to learn through sport

The proposed curriculum features 30+ sports-discovery modules, bringing together ball and racquet skills, agility, teamwork and movement in one family destination.

  4. More reasons for families to return

The model combines classes, memberships, preschool and camps with ticketing, birthday parties, venue hire and sponsorship opportunities.

  5. A plan designed for expansion

The flagship concept is intended to become a repeatable outlet model, alongside regional brand activations and a longer-term capital-market roadmap.

OUR ROOTS

50+ years in the
business of fun.

The family’s journey began with manually operated funfairs in the 1970s. The business later expanded into automated rides, professional event management and its own entertainment brands. That operating experience forms the foundation for the next chapter.

THE GROWTH PLAN

A place to play.
A reason to return.

The planned flagship brings sports discovery, a preschool zone, skill training, digital play and a parent lounge together. The goal is to support children’s physical, social and cognitive development through structured activities.
