1. Time trial format obstacle course competition.
2. Only 1 timed run will be allowed per participant per slot.
3. 4 time slots per day. (3 hour sessions - 2hrs practice, 1 hr time trial)

4. Top 10 fastest times over a period of two days will win cash prizes.
1st - RM2500
2nd - RM1000
3rd - RM500
4th - RM300
5th - RM200
6th - 10th - RM100
5. Open category - Male and female compete under one category
6. Open to participants from the age of 12 years old onwards.
7. Each participant must sign a waiver form at the venue. Consent form must be signed by legal parents or guardians for participants aged 12-17 years old.
8. Winners will be announced on Sunday at 10pm. Winners must be present for prize giving ceremony.
9. Organizers hold the rights to omit or modify the format and rules of the competition and also to reject and participants from entering.

FAQ
1. When is the event?
There are two event dates. 11-12th February and 18-19th February. Each weekend is a
separate competition.
2. Where is the event being held?
The event will be held at MINES International Exhibition & Convention Centre (MIECC)
3. Can I join both dates?
Yes you can!
4. Can I try anytime in the day?
There are 4 time slots per day. 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm. You can choose whichever slot
you like. Each slot consists of 2 hours of practice time then the final 1 hour shall be when
the time trials will start.
5. How many timed attempts can I do?
Each participant is only allowed 1 timed run per slot. If you wish to try again then you will
have to join another slot.
6. Who can join?
Anyone can join as long as they are above the age of 12 years old. Male and female will
compete under one category. Participants aged 12-17 years old must have a parent or
guardian present to sign a consent form on site.
7. What is the format like?
It is a time trial style event. Fastest times will be put on the leaderboard. Top 15 times will
win prizes. Leaderboard will be locked on Sundays at 10pm and winners shall be
announced.
8. What are the prizes?
Cash prizes are up for grabs for the fastest times. 1st until 15th placing shall win a prize.
A total of more than RM5000!
9. Where can I register?
We have an online portal ready for you to register. Early bird prices are only valid till the
5th of February. You can also walk in during the event to register.

10. Can I get a refund if I can’t show up?
Unfortunately there won’t be a refund on no-shows. All registration fees are
non-refundable.
11. Can I get someone else to run on my behalf?
All registrations are non-transferable for safety reasons, ease of identification and
contact purposes if any emergencies arise.
12. Organizers have the right to refuse admission and/or change timings at their discretion to
ensure a smooth operation of the event and safety of the participants.
